Staples Europe purchased product feature content from CNET in 2011 however the plan estimated almost a year before the features would be available online. I proposed a much faster schedule
Initial load of features into PIM (SAP MDM) and new interface to split by country and load local websites
Worked with business and technical stakeholders across multiple locations through regular meetings and 1 day off-site planning session to translate strategy into project charter and business requirements
Recruited, trained and managed data team (2 members) to map Staples products to CNET master data.
Supervised 2 IT developers to complete development (1 on site, 1 off shore)
Developed MS Access / VBA data validation tool including daily tracking of data mapping results
Planned and executed end to end / user acceptance testing based on business requirements
