In 2013, Staples Europe ran into trouble with the annual vendor contract update of a “temporary” product profitability analysis I built in 2009. I was called back in to make it work.
Quickly regained project control by establishing issue tracking and regular status updates
Set up daily integration run and analyzed results to identify issues that still needed to be fixed
Planned and executed user acceptance testing with key stakeholders to confirm data readiness
