Vendor Contract Load

In 2013, Staples Europe ran into trouble with the annual vendor contract update of a “temporary” product profitability analysis I built in 2009.  I was called back in to make it work.

  • Quickly regained project control by establishing issue tracking and regular status updates

  • Set up daily integration run and analyzed results to identify issues that still needed to be fixed

  • Planned and executed user acceptance testing with key stakeholders to confirm data readiness
