Multi-phase customer data integration project to deliver a shared customer hub across Staples US Retail and Delivery. I was asked to ensure the project achieved its expected business value.

• Business value subject matter expert linking complex new functionality to clearly defined business benefits.

• Interviewed application owners to establish best candidates for initial pilot.  Selected pilot applications (Credit, Tax Exempt) and set rollout strategy and business requirements to maximize financial benefits

• Business lead for RFP process, providing business recommendation on customer hub package selection

·        User acceptance / end to end testing of integrated systems based on use cases (Tax Exempt, Credit)
