Philips was struggling to implement an Informatica MDM Data Hub to replace and expand product data management capabilities. We were asked to get the project back on track.
Rapidly stabilized sprint delivery by demonstrating and enforcing agile discipline and best practices (e.g., all stories refined before planning, strict sprint prioritization, no requirement changes mid-sprint)
Established clear roadmap and release planning / cadence to reset and manage stakeholder expectations.
Implemented new global product data model across multiple source and target applications. Secured separate scrum team and database partition to maintain legacy flows during transition.Â
Created UDI regulatory submission flow to FDA / EU MDR (syndication via 1Worldsync)
Replaced multiple legacy interfaces to support migration to Philips Integrated Landscape
