Highways Management

Birmingham Highways Management system (BHMS) is a Private Funding Initiative (PFI) developed to manage contract performance involved in managing government infrastructure in Birmingham City. 

It would use data captured from installation, maintenance, and road inspections to measure against a set of rules set by the Council to measure Contract’s financial performance. It’s a part of £2.5bn contract to maintain and manage 2500km of roads. 

Kuldeep worked a part of the algorithm code review team to audit the algorithm and later worked as a Product Owner to help develop new features.
