Sheffield Performance Management System (PRMS) solution is a Private Funding Initiative (PFI) developed to measure contract performance involved in maintaining Sheffield roads. It was a £2bn+ contract to upgrade and maintain the highways infrastructure of Sheffield city.
Kuldeep was responsible for reviewing and updating the business intelligence algorithm used for calculating the performance of the contract and generating the penalty reports. The algorithm was crucial in calculating the performance of the contract and was reviewed regularly by the investors.
